As a qualified Electrical Inspector + Electrician, Ben oversees the technical and operational direction of the business, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, quality workmanship and practical solutions.

His experience spans residential and commercial electrical work, new builds, renovations, maintenance, electrical inspections and compliance. Ben works closely with homeowners, builders, property managers and other trades to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

As Director, Ben is involved in project management, client relationships and the ongoing growth of Irontech Electrical, with a commitment to providing honest advice and reliable service across Geelong, the Surf Coast and surrounding areas.

Jusinta Briggs is Director and Marketing Lead at Irontech Electrical, bringing extensive experience across digital, ecommerce, project delivery, marketing and customer experience. She has worked across complex digital projects with experience in strategy, delivery, brand and digital transformation.

At Irontech, Jusinta oversees marketing, brand development, digital strategy and customer communications, helping position the business for continued growth while maintaining a strong local presence.

She combines her digital and commercial experience with a hands-on approach to business operations, supporting the team across marketing, customer experience, systems and business development. Jusinta is focused on building a professional, trusted brand that reflects Irontech’s commitment to quality workmanship, clear communication and exceptional customer service.

Laura is Office Manager at Irontech Electrical, bringing extensive experience across office management, business operations, real estate and executive support. Her previous roles within the real estate industry and management, give her a strong understanding of administration, client relationships, business processes and operational management.

At Irontech, Laura oversees the day-to-day administration and operations of the business, working closely with the Directors and electrical team to ensure jobs, customers and internal processes are managed efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

Laura is responsible for coordinating office operations, scheduling, customer communication, administration and business support. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities make her a key part of Irontech’s senior office team.

Laura brings a professional, practical and customer-focused approach to the business, helping ensure Irontech continues to deliver a seamless and reliable experience for homeowners, builders, property managers and commercial clients across Geelong and the Surf Coast.

Bev is Office Coordinator at Irontech Electrical, providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the business. Bev assists with customer enquiries, bookings, scheduling, documentation and general office administration, helping keep the team organised and jobs moving efficiently.

Working closely with the office and field teams, Bev supports communication between customers, electricians and other stakeholders, ensuring information is accurately captured and followed up.
